Ankle Injuries / Sprains

If you've injured your ankle, you may apply ice to the area, rest your ankle, elevate it when you can (to reduce swelling), and if appropriate use an anti-inflammatory such as Ibuprofen. You may also use a compression bandage to decrease swelling and provide a little support.
If you suspect something more than a sprain, please contact us.
